Who Moved My Cheese? Is a book on how deal with change in your work and in your life, published by Spencer Johnson written in the style of a parable or business fable. It describes change in one’s work and life, and four typical reactions to said change by two mice and two “littlepeople”, during their hunt for cheese. Please have a look at the video: http://youtu.be/fEH6fvU8i7o. And ask yourself, how do yo react to a change in your organsiation? What does a achange make you feel? To which character do you related the most? This exercise is very useful for (aspiring) entrepreneurs, as being an entrepreneur it is very import to anticipate quickly. And always be aware of the opportunities that a change can bring for your own business.
