Inova Consultancy is a Sheffield based consultancy focusing on mentoring, coaching and diversity, and has been providing services in this field for over 10 years. Inova’s expertise lies in providing support for women in entrepreneurship and women working in non-traditional sectors such as business, science, technology and engineering. Inova has created the Mentoring Circles™ methodology that has been successfully implemented in other European countries as well, and has helped hundreds of women throughout the years to successfully launch their career as entrepreneurs or simply get a new outlook on their professional lives.

Apid Imprenditorialita Donna, Italy

Apid Imprenditorialita Donna is an employers’ association whose aims are to promote female entrepreneurship, to help create new businesses, promote local employment initiatives and support positive action for female employment opportunities.  APID also contributes to the support of development of professional training through research activities on national and European levels. Based in Turin, northern Italy, APID has been making advances for female entrepreneurs for more than twenty years by cooperating with other agencies on local, national and international arenas.

GHD – Global Human Development, Portugal

GHD – Global Human Development provides training, consulting and technical cooperation services aiming at building and improving the professional capabilities and performance of people and companies in Portugal. The target audience of GHD is young people, adult learners and trainers; additionally GHD works towards the development of individuals within organisations and companies to improve their capabilities through learning. GHD has also been intensely involved in supporting female entrepreneurs and fostering gender equality and entrepreneurial spirit to improve employability.

VHTO, The Netherlands

VHTO, the Dutch national expert organisation on girls/women and science/technology, makes an effort in many different ways to increase the involvement of women and girls in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Although research over the past decade has made clear that girls are no less talented than boys in STEM, girls and women are still underrepresented in these fields in education and on the labour market. VHTO participates in a great variety of international projects and networks and uses knowledge gained from working with partners abroad to bring best practice into the Netherlands as well as sharing Dutch experiences with international relations.

SOL – Swiss Occidental Leonardo, Switzerland

Swiss Occidental Leonardo is a voluntary organization, whose aim is to promote Europe-wide collaboration and to help companies and training institutions manage projects. SOL has a multi-disciplinary and multilingual team of 6 people, and has significant experience in the field of lifelong learning, international project management, and education projects. SOL has a strong network of European partners which has grown out of the different projects in which SOL has participated since 1992.

Plataforma Enlaces, Spain

Plataforma Enclaces is a business organisation in Madrid, Spain, promoting the generation of entrepreneurial initiatives to strengthen the networks that provide business opportunities to those associated through business cooperation, training and financing to self-employed women and entrepreneurs. Paltaforma Enlaces offers support for business start-ups through personalised support, mentoring and training. They also provide entrepreneurs with support in finances, risk analysis and advice on business development.
